Original, unrenovated 30 m² studio apartment with a southwest-facing balcony on the 2nd floor (elevator access).  
Mountain and ski slope views.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room: two single sofa beds.  
Entrance: two fold-down bunk beds.  
Bathroom: bathroom with bathtub, separate WC.  
Kitchen: electric stovetop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television.  
No hairdryer.  
Bed linen and towels included for rentals of one week or more.  
PLEASE NOTE: Linen is NOT included during the summer season (July-August).  
Complete linen and towel kit: €22/person  
  
The residence and apartment are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.  
Tourist tax: 5.5% of the nightly rate per adult, per night, not to exceed €5.06
