30 m² studio with a south/west-facing balcony on the 3rd floor with elevator.  
View of the mountains and slopes.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room: one 140x200 cm convertible sofa bed.  
Entrance: two fold-down bunk beds.  
Bathrooms: bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.  
Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television.  
No hair dryer.  
Bed and bath linens included for stays of 1 week or more.  
PLEASE NOTE: Linens are NOT included during the summer period (July-August).  
Complete kit (bed and bath linens) €22/person
