Four-room, 80 m² duplex apartment with a south/west-facing balcony on the 5th floor with elevator.  
Mountain view.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room on the ground floor: two single trundle beds.  
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: two single beds.  
Bedroom 2 upstairs: two fixed bunk beds.  
Bedroom 3 upstairs: two single beds.  
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet on the ground floor, and a shower room with toilet.  
Kitchen: electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television.  
No hairdryer.  
Bed linens and towels included for stays of one week or more.
