In the district of Le Lavachet, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.2 km from the lake, 150 m from the skiing area, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, park "Stationnement Tignes Lavachet" 180 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 150 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten 800 m. Nearby attractions: Ski Quick 40 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isère 150 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).  
2-room apartment 34 m2 on 2nd floor. Renovated, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, oil heating. 2 balconies, south-west facing position.
