In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Public car park at 200 m, extra. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 5 m, bakery 10 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities, ski school 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Nightclub/disco close by 150 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked.  
1-room studio 24 m2 on 1st floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), TV (flat screen). Appartement très bien, très fonctionnel cependant étant situé au premier étage, c’est assez bruyant. Pas très bien isolé, nous entendons pas mal les voisins lorsqu’il y a un peu de bruit etc.

Studio propre, bien équipé, idéalement situé en plein centre du Val Claret. Bons couchages. Un petit bémol pour la salle de bain d'un autre âge quoique très propre !! Le prix du ménage devrait être au prorata du nombre de jours. Trop excessif.

When we arrived after hours we had no idea where the office was to pick up a key- a PDF map by email would have solved the problem and saved an hour asking around the town at night with 2 tired children.
