#### Lamentable

L’acceuil initial fut fort sympathique à notre arrivée puis nous avons vite déchanté. Nous prenons notre location tardivement vers 22h après plusieurs heures de route, et nous trouvons un appartement dans un état d’hygiène déplorable. Dès que nous déplions le clic clac il y a une épaisse couche de poussière et de reste des précédents séjours. Nous trouvons aussi une chaussette et des mouchoirs usagés (super en période grippe/covid). En dépliant le matelas du clic clac toujours, nous trouvons un drap complètement sale qui n’invite pas du tout à se coucher… Je précise que le contrat de location inclus normalement le ménage lors du départ… Le matin nous nous rendons à l’agence où l’acceuil est nettement moins agréable que la veille, afin de signaler ce désagrément. Nous rencontrons le responsable qui nous propose d’abord de faire passer le service de ménage. Fait surprenant apparement pour l’équipe sur place, nous refusons puisque qu’avant s’ouvrir une quelconque valise nous avons désinfecté l’appartement à la javel. Il nous propose ensuite un remboursement de 100euros et 10% pour notre prochain séjour. Après deux mail et deux appels téléphoniques dont le dernier où l’on s’est vu raccroché au nez, M J reste muet et n’a pas tenu son engagement. A priori nous ne sommes pas les seuls à trouver cet homme peu scrupuleux et malhonnête à la lecture des précédents commentaires. De plus le dimanche en se rendant à l’agence pour signaler ce défaut d’hygiène, les loca
