"Television would not work. Fitted sheet had black stains. Outlet in bathroom was inoperable. Hair in shower. Bathroom floor was filthy. Used a towel to dry floor after showering and towel was extremely dirty. Staff was called to get Television working and was unsuccessful. Refused to discount!"

"Very nice hotel, great amenities including a pool and lazy river. Feels like a resort, right on the beach with direct access, good food options and a beautiful ocean view from our room. Staff is very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. Coffee could be better though. "

They provided another room quickly. It was a little inconvenient to move after starting to settle in but all was well after that. I would stay there again."
