"Our stay at this modern beach apartment was great. The location alone is unbeatable — the beach is literally just across the street, with clear, shallow, calm water that feels perfectly safe and relaxing for all ages. It truly felt like having a private seaside at our doorstep.The apartment itself is modern, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is fresh and modern, and the bedroom offers plenty of space to settle in. We especially loved the large patios with beautiful views, and the fact that there were sunbeds there.The hospitality was another highlight. The owner lives nearby and is incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is managed by Filoxenia Properties, and their professionalism really stood out. Communication was smooth, instructions were clear, and both check‑in and check‑out were handled perfectly.
