"There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. Before I go into them let me preface this by saying that I was able to fix almost all of them easily without having building maintenance get involved. For example the worst...

"This is truly a luxury apartment at a reasonable price. Top notch (even though I thought the required "cub bracelet" was annoying. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, exceptionaly clean room well stocked with everything needed for a short or extended stay. Excellent communication. Breath taking views and because the rises on the opposite side of the building there was no direct scorching sun. Leaving the doors opended thoughout the day is sufficient to keep the apartment cool.Super convenient to...

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."
