« The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly. The location was great, near lots of pubs and restaurants. The pub is good too, with friendly people. Not necessarily suited for young children on friday night as the area is loud until 0030, although it did quieten down once bars were shut. The shower water pressure in the evening seemed a lot lower than the morning. »

« Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb. »

« The accommodation was absolutely spot on and I cannot recommend it enough. Easy to find, central location with parking round the corner. Joseph the host was attentive and gave clear instructions of check in etc. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Super dog friendly too. The staff at the Seadog pub were brilliant. We even had dinner and drinks there, such a nice pub. If you’re staying in Hastings definitely book yourself in here. »

« Staff not very friendly (both on check in and check out). It seemed as if they would like to be anywhere except where they were then and there and they did not seem keen to help with anything. The walls are very thin and people speaking in the corridor sound like they are in your room. You can also hear everything outside. Did not have a good night's sleep and would not book to stay here again. »
