As part of a residential complex composed of three holiday homes, this romantic ground floor flat features a spacious, light-filled living and dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating up to two guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, and a washing machine. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a large pool and a generous terrace equipped with recliners and tables. Here you can sunbathe under the warm sunshine and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, all while admiring the stunning views of the rugged mountains and volcanoes of Lanzarote. Take a stroll through the garden in the evenings and unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket as well as several restaurants and bars are located just a 2-minute drive from the property, while a variety of shops can be found in the centre of Tías, about a 7-minute drive or 4.4 km away. Es gab auch Katzen, dies hat mir gefallen, weil ich Katzen liebe. Im Bad war alles vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die auf der Terasse.
