The hotel staff were amazing, they supported me being through a very difficult time, very kind and respect my situation. Reception staff were super helpful for all information I required. Speically big thanks to breakfast buffet manager Mr.Pu and his assistant Ms.Zhang, who welcomed my family every single morning, assisted us for the food and beverage. We feel heart filled, respected and supported during our stay. I sincerely appreciate all their support, care and respect!

Clean and exactly what you’d expect from a Shangri-La hotel. Room was very nice and very well designed. Gym was fantastic with barbell and every weight/ machine you could ever need. Breakfast buffet was amazing with excellent service. Blown away by the hotel. 10/10. Highly recommend

This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We stayed for 9 nights. Very nice hotel, 10/10, would stay here again.

The hotel was great. Wifi was good which was important. For me while travelling for work. The gym was also large and well equipped. Breakfast had lots of choice both Western and Chinese. Most of the staff speak strong or good enough English to communicate with English speaking guests. I always stay at the Sheraton in Tianjin!!
