Good morning, thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I believe that there must have been some miscommunication regarding this because I have advised all of my staff to accept the refunds. Unfortunately, when we are dealing with third party bookings, we cannot credit you at the hotel level and have to continue to use that third party with respect to giving you your refund - I'm not sure what happened but I am already reaching out to Expedia regarding your reservation to ensure that a credit is issued to you. Please accept my sincerest apologies regarding this situation as well as the circumstances that have lead to this and I hope that you will give us another chance to meet your expectations.
