There is no airport shuttle service. That is an issue and taxi's are $15 to go a couple of blocks. I ended up using the Valhalla service from the airport and walked to the airport when departing. No shuttle service will impact my choice to stay at this facility.....but breakfast was good!

Super close to airport. Very convenient. Clean room. Could use some updating. Most inconvenient was not hot water to whcih the front desk clerk appeared to have no issue with.

They let riff raff hang around the front door bumming smokes and if you refuse them, they want to fit. No heat in my room no matter what ai did, slept in my clothes and froze all night. Wish I had had other options to stay last night

visible hand prints on wall, overall dirty, rusty shower, screaming couple (loud) do not recommend. Apparently this is known to be a sketchy hotel in Thunder Bay

Bed was big and comfortable. However the room smells moldy and old. They were able to check me in early, which is great. There is no shuttle that can take you to the airport. Taxi is available but must schedule ahead. Restaurants are around the area but still a drive.

Didnt like the parking lot cleaning. Had a snow fall 2 days begore our stay and was very poorly clened. Wife fell trying to get into room cause of poor snow clearing

I stayed there the night before I flew into work, I like that I was able to leave my truck there for 2 weeks, no question asked. I worked nights so I booked another room for those night and had my family member meet me and was not a problem for him to get the room before I arrived and love that they allow pets.

The staff at the front desk were lovely. Otherwise, the sheets were scratchy, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and the room while a bit better also smelled very strongly of cigarettes despite all being marked non-smoking. You could hear every noise in the hallway and neighbouring rooms, including the police knocking on the door of a nearby room. There was toilet paper and bugs in the toilet which didn’t appear to have been cleaned.

This property is very run down - staff were great but indicated new owners are not prepared to spend any money doing anything and it shows! People running halls all night - no security and the list goes on. Terrible stay.

Area is ok. We were considered to be in the updated area of the hotel but not anywhere close to being updated and the sink clogs. Called to the desk they said they would call back and didn’t. Poor customer service

Was very creepy, like the hotel in the movie the shining. What appeared to be crack heads, were at the side in dark area of parking lot. Very dated. Fluorescent tube light fixture on ceiling missing it's cover and ballast for it humming very loudly. Motion sensor hanging by its wire off the wall. Hand holds in shower rusty. Hotel seemed empty but was put as far back down the halls beside someone else with the adjoining room door. They were up past two... Jokingly told my wife that I might not make it through the night. All that I looked past but the bed bug bites put things over the edge of any sort of reasonable review.

Overall I had a good sleep but the water pressure wasn’t the best (the tap in the tub poured out water and you ended up standing in water up to your ankles during showering). Advertising breakfast and the restaurant was closed. Apparently according to staff this is a regular occurrence.
