Main house tenants can be a bit noisy. Also wanted to add other occupants renting other parts of the property kept using our "private entrace" which took away from it feeling "private" entirely. It was peaceful and clean.The photos provided are very accurate. That being said we were the only ones on the property. This unit is attached to the main house which is very large. I am doubtful that the unit would be quiet if the main house was occupied. Another note if you examine the photos the bathroom and living room are 2 steps up which is not a huge problem but if anyone has mobility issues or frequently needs the restroom in the middle of the night it might be an issue. It was the perfect spot to enjoy both the outdoors and easy access to restaurants and shops.The unit itself was clean and well maintained. The layout is comfortable for a family of four. Communication with the property managers was excellent. They were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few things to keep in mind: noise from the main house does carry into the unit. We could clearly hear people talking and moving around, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. Also, The ceiling fan is wired to the recessed light switch, so there are no separate controls, when the lights are off, the fan turns off too.Overall, it is a clean, convenient place in a great location, with just a few quirks to be aware of. ##### Alvi N.
