River was down a little so tricky to navigate entry and exit but direct access and a nice little cove area to soak in. Still plenty deep to swim. Outside shower was an extra comfort too. Close to national parks and the lake. The house and property were very nice. A couple of the bedrooms have no view at all but were comfortable. The river access was wonderful, the water was running hard and fast with the snow melt! Very close to the park, unfortunately for our trip, the park road was closed 6 miles in and we had to drive 1 1/2 hours to Kings Canyon to see the Sequoias. ##### Vicki E. Very practical as a launching point to the parks. Very clean. The house itself is very dated. Mattresses are not the best.
