Nice stay near the river and the National park

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a good location close to the entrance to the national park, so easy to access. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and answering all our questions. The place has a few nice outdoor spaces for dining outside with a river view.

We really enjoyed our stay. However, we would like to recommend replacing the beds and mattresses in the room with the two beds, as they were very uncomfortable. We also suggest improving the cleanliness of the kitchen or replacing the cookware. The location is amazing, and we would absolutely love to come back during the summer. Having access to the river makes the home even more special

Our host, Srey, was the best, most communicative host we’ve ever had on VRBO. House was clean, so cute, and so fun! Game room was a must for our two teenagers. Sequoias and ping pong? What more could you ask for?!

Great location on the river!

We enjoyed our brief stay. Everything was as described and communication with the host was excellent. Sitting out by the river in the evenings was the best part! Definitely buy groceries before you get into Three Rivers to avoid way overpaying for a limited selection.

Great Location, relaxing property

This house was perfect for our family (6 adults) getaway. Conveniently located close to Three Rivers dining options and close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. The Kaweah River was rolling and it was very relaxing sitting in the gazebo watching and listening it go by. Srey was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with a lot of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect combination of nature and comfort

This house was perfect for our family who isn’t really equipped to camp outdoors, but wanted to experience nature in the most comfortable way possible. Everything about the home was wonderful. The proximity to the food/ restaurants as well as to SQNP was perfection. We got to swim in the river and enjoy all of the amenities of the home. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful spot

The house was clean and updated. The riverfront location was amazing. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy - the kids loved the swing chairs. So close to everything in 3 rivers and not too far from all major retail chains in Visalia. Our favorite spots in Three Rivers were Three Rivers Brewing (which was kid friendly - they will even let you bring frozen yogurt from next door in for the kids to eat while you get a drink) and Ol Buckaroo for dinner. This house was a great base for exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon.

The home was clean, remodeled, and exactly like portrayed in the pictures online. Our host, Srey, was incredibly responsive when we would reach out and so kind. The location of the house was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxed by the river in this beautiful home. We cannot wait to come back again over the summer! HIGHLY recommend!

Couldn't ask for more

Our family wanted to explore Sequoia National Forrest and we wanted to be by water. This home is 10 minutes from SNF entrance and has some really nice shops and restaurants nearby. The host is immediately responsive and kind and helpful. She also provided us with a very generous amount of information that helped inform our trip. I would stay at this property again. I would stay at any of her properties again. Couldn't ask for a better rental experience.

Bucket list trip

Beautiful house in Three Rivers CA. It has all the amenities you need and you feel right at home from check in to check out. It is just outside Sequoia NP and an easy drive in for the day. Restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries within minutes of the house.Srey was one of the best hosts that we’ve ever had. He sent us information about the area a few weeks out which helped us plan our days. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The wild turkeys that came to visit us the last morning was an added bonus.

House on the river

We’d definitely stay here again. The house is on the Keweah River and includes a covered patio on the river with easy entry for swimming. We went in every day. We had 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. The house is clean and bright. We played pool in the garage every evening following our day trips into Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs. Restaurants are within a few miles in town. Spey, our host, was very responsive and helpful.

Very clean!

We stayed 2 nights with our family of 6. The house was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The gazebo by the river was very nice. Our granddaughter got to play in the river some but this time of year the water levels are high and rapid with the spring runoff. There is a nice game room in the garage but one of the arcades didn't work. The host sent very helpful information beforehand so we knew where to shop for groceries. It was a very nice place.

The river is worth it

There is nothing spectacular about the house. It functions as needed and serves its purpose. The back porch, on which you can see and hear the river, the river-side porch, on which you can get lost (in a good way) in the rush of the river, and the in-river accessible area (on a smooth rocky area, depending on the height of the river) is the reason to book this accommodation. The host responded to all messages/questions/issues quickly.

Cute House

The house was cute and comfy in the inside. The gazebo was dirty and has some issues with birds. We had to spend time cleaning it when we got there and the next day it was dirty again. It was disappointing that the garage door would not open. We were looking forward to playing games but it was too hot. When the power went out it got hot and was uncomfortable. I would suggest a generator for backup or even solar.

We arrived in the middle of the night after delayed flights and were relieved that the home was easy to find and easy to get into. It was very clean and they even helped us have it fully stocked with our groceries upon arrival. Upon waking up, we were in awe of the views of the river and how much wildlife was there to see. Coffee by the water each morning was a great way to begin each day. We also enjoyed swimming and wading up the river to a small waterfall and additional swimming area. Shops, gas, markets, Sequoia park, and restaurants are all within 2-10 minutes of the home. There is a property directly across the river, but we rarely saw anyone there during our stay. You could hear some music from the brewery on the weekend, but otherwise it was very quiet and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the game room during the mornings and evenings when the heat died down. They do have an air unit in the garage that helps too. Just like any home, it has its quirks to get used to, but the homeowner was so helpful and quick to make us comfortable with advice and anything we needed.Go to Gateway restaurant by the park and book far ahead for Crystal Cave tours online! Nearby Visalia has some great restaurant and entertainment options as well. Indoor golfing at Mulligans was a hit with everyone when we needed a break from being outdoors! Sushi Kuu, Tommy’s, and Bistro Di Bufala are all places we highly recommend! We all agree this is the perfect home base to visit Sequoia! Thankful!
