The home sits on 7 acres right in the middle of mountains with endless views from each angle of the home. You will find a beautiful trail that leads you to our picturesque RIVER with endless boulders!! There you will find two large decks over the river and sitting area along the river. The home gives you amazing sunrises and sunsets out on the extra large patio off the living room. Wake up to mountain views out of all bedrooms. The home is very close to the entrance of the Sequoia National Park. The space :: 3 Bedrooms /2 Bathrooms :: Sunroom / Gameroom with foosball table, Arcades of pacman and marvel x-men. :: 2 Decks over looking river - two minute walk from the home. :: Outside patio area right off the living room with outside furniture and dining table. :: Propane BBQ THE VIBE:: Perfect for people seeking inspiration and renewal in Nature. Come and Relax on Two Decks on the South Fork Kaweah River. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped property with stunning rock work. Cook outside with the propane BBQ and sit on our patio area while star gazing at the open sky. THE HOUSE:: This home is the ultimate River House with high ceiling and wall to wall windows over looking all the glorious mountains views. This home sits on 7 acres with beautiful trails to the river. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by beautiful bright vaulted ceilings over looking the mountains all around. All furnishings are all of which set that "mountain modern" vibe for this home in the woods. This House was remodeled with all the amenities - Smart TV, satellite Direct TV cable, WiFi (Please note that the wifi is a hit and miss for this location as we are in a rural part of town) ,cordless phone, BluRay Player. It has 3 Bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and also a Sun Room with a Futon. All spaces have been curated with modern furniture creating a calm and relaxing environment to sleep that stress away. All new Real Wood Floors installed throughout, beautifully stained. All new tile in the bathrooms with floating vanities. Freshly painted. The master bathroom has a rain shower head with a large seating bench. The Kitchen was completely remodeled with all new Stainless Steel Appliances, with a Wolf Stove. The House has central AC / Heat. It has a washer/dryer. The property has its own beautiful trails to enjoy. Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site. The Sunroom also acts as a game room with a foosball table , arcades of pacman and marvel x-men. THE RIVER AND THE 2 DECKS:: You will find a beautiful trail that lead you to our picturesque river with endless boulders!! There you will find two large decks over the river and sitting areas along the river. This area is absolutely breathtaking! The Southfork River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high and fast moving. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never completely dies up. We are fortunate to have water year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring. (The 2 decks are located at the river area. The river area where the decks are is just a short stroll from the house.) AROUND:: The Sequoias and surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains are some of the best that California has to offer. Centrally located, the house is about 15 minutes drive to the main entrance to Sequoia National Park station and both Slick Rock recreation areas and King’s Canyon National Park, and just a 10 minutes from Three Rivers town restaurants and shops. A nature lovers paradise, there are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just five miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing. LOCATION:: Three Rivers, California. The boys loved both the game room and playing by the river. The backyard space is serene and beautiful— and the views from in the home are incredible as well! It is a bit inside so hard to find specially if it is late in the day. The natural surroundings and starry night make up for it though. The beddings can be updated and the kitchen can be better stocked for the first day of stay. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience. ##### Samta G. The property was gorgeous and we all enjoyed walking to the River, sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and listening to the sound of the River. The house was good and comfortable. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay with a family group of 6 ( or even more). Nicely furnished and all amenities in the kitchen were a wonderful perk. Being able to talk a 2 minute walk to the river was the highlight. We drank coffee in the morning on the decks, and the kids got to dip their feet in. The house was set up great also. Quiet and serene. Sit by the river and enjoy a cup of coffee or sit outside and stargaze at night. The house is big and well stock with cooking essentials. We loved sitting in the back by the water, and when we needed additional linens the host graciously answered right away and helped us find them. We found the beds to be comfortable and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our 2 families. Everything was clean & comfortable also! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. The home was great for accomadating our family from Oakhurst and New Jersey. 8 of us stayed, plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area large enough to host family meals for 10\. The listing is accurate, the river was beautiful and the host's were easy to communicate with. Our kids really liked the game room and we were able to have fun down at the creek. Owners were great and helpful leading up to and during the trip. Internet is pretty slow due to how remote the property is, so I’d recommend taking advantage of being isolated and just not plan on relying on internet access much. There were no issues with the home. The property is fantastic. We saw all kinds of wildlife, enjoyed the river, and got to town and the NP easily. Days were full of outdoor activities and evenings were cooking, games and time with family and friends. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Wish we had stayed 5 nights instead of only 4\.
