"Great place. I have stayed at Hyatt's for over 10 years but trying Tru was a great selection. Loved that they have coffee 24/7 they also offer complementary fruit during the day. Bkfst was great with different options for different appetites. Pancakes and oatmeal were delicious. Late PM coffee on 8/2 was way too light it didn't taste like coffee they probably didn't used quantities accordingly. Ck agent with 2 different color eyes was great, however I would change the ck in speech about insidentals from " in case something is broken or stolen" to "in case something is broken or missing" because it makes you feel uncomfortable. Other than that they offered a great attentive service."

"Our stay was great ! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed additional items for our room. It was super clean and comfortable. The lounge was super cute and was packed with people enjoying themselves. My family and I will be returning for our next trip. "

"The property is beautiful and the staff are incredible. One suggestion I would recommend...please provide a small writing pad in the room. I needed to write down some information and there wasn't even a pad/pen to use, which caused an inconvenience to me. I ended up using a kleenex sheet to write down the information."
