"property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is location, nothing else."

"The room itself was clean but the hallways needed some cleaning. Check in was at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready until almost 5. The food was mediocre especially for the prices. Overall I feel the hotel did not run smoothly with things. "

"The mountain view is amazing. Parking free and right outside the building. Pool, jacuzzi and activity room GREAT !!! NOBODY BETTER THAN THAN ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK SO HARD THERE !!!!"

"We stayed during early march and loved our stay although it was in the late winter / early spring season. The property is gorgeous, and the bathrooms are next level. More than plenty of space for 2 families of 4 and grandparents. Recommend!"
