Our communication availability is daily from 7 am to 8 pm to best serve your inquiries. Our team will do their best to answer messages past this time in case of emergencies, information regarding tours or questions regarding the property will be asisted during regular working hours. In case of emergencies please feel free to call at any time, If we do not have our staff on site, we will do everything possible to assist you remotely until we can arrive in person.   
  
Please remember that you’re staying in a private property, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To get to Bocas del Toro (Isla Colón) from Panama City, you have two main options:  
  
✈️ By Air (Fastest & Most Comfortable)  
Flight from Panama City to Bocas del Toro Airport (BOC):  
You can take a direct flight with Air Panama from Albrook Airport (PAC) in Panama City to Bocas del Toro Airport (BOC).  
🕑 Flight time: About 1 hour  
💸 Price: Around $150-$200 roundtrip (depending on season)  
✅ This option is the easiest and fastest way to reach Bocas.  
  
🚐 + ⛴️ By Land & Sea (More Budget-Friendly)  
If you're up for a little adventure, you can go by road and boat:  
  
Shuttle or Bus from Panama City to Almirante (Bocas del Toro port):  
  
Public bus from Albrook Terminal (\~$30)  
Private shuttle services depends on size of group and must be requested in advance.

Boat from Almirante to Bocas del Toro (Isla Colón):
