There is another living room with two leather sofas and a massive flat-screen TV. The expansive kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, excellent counter space, and a breakfast bar overlooking the pool area. The bedrooms are tucked away from the main living areas, giving the family privacy and relaxing space. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and French doors leading out to the patio. The second guest bedroom also has a queen, and both bedrooms share a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. This home has the perfect pool and patio to beat the heat.
