The spa and their service was as wonderful. I tried Body Lymphatic Drainage which they said it would give me a better stimulation of the lymphatic system and relaxing effect at the same time!

There are several rivers of varying difficulty in Tena, Ecuador. I'm not sure the name of this river, but we had all class III and IV rapids. It was a great day out -- about 4 hours to get down the river.
