This cottage, with exposed beams in every room, is located on the edge of a small village, 20 minutes from Nancy (Place Stanislas, Art Nouveau architecture, etc.).  
  
Nearby attractions include the castles of Haroué (18 km) and Lunéville (40 km), and the cloister and fortifications of Toul (28 km). Swimming is possible 18 km away at the Favières leisure center.  
This cottage offers all the charm of the countryside (close to the forest, hiking trails, fishing, etc.). The cottage (120 m²) is attached to the owner's house and has independent access via nine steps.  
  
It features a fully equipped kitchen (with freezer), a living/dining room with TV, DVD player, and air conditioning.  
  
There is one bedroom with a balcony (three single beds) and one bedroom (one double bed).  
  
A bathroom with toilet is located inside.  
  
Wi-Fi internet access is available.  
  
Central heating (heat pump). Utilities are included in the price. Bed linens and towels provided, beds made.  
Outdoor area with furniture, barbecue, and pétanque court.  
Private parking.  
  
All-inclusive rate (utilities, towels, bed linens with made beds, cleaning). For business stays, a mandatory cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.  
You will be welcomed to the cottage by the owner.
