"The beach view was beautiful, the staff were helpful and friendly, the apartment was very close to the shops and a great location. The mattresses probably need to be replaced with new ones as they dipped in the middle and I woke up with a sore back/neck, the apartment smelt fairly musty and upon arriving home our clean clothes also smelt of this too."

"We cut our two night stay short to one night which says a lot. We recently stayed at Coco for a 13th birthday celebration for my daughter & had emailed via Expedia (special requests) twice that we’d like a high floor & a view if possible for our 1 bed apt for 2 nights but received no reply. Assumed there would be no issue with this as no response was received & the photos of the 1 bed apt showed some sort of partial view. I’ve always received a reply to these sorts of requests to let me know if I needed to pay for upgrade for view from hotels etc. When we arrived our only view was a block of units with no view whatsoever on level 2. Really disappointed as it quickly became apparent that not only did the the unit not have any view, but it was also really lacking maintenance & basic cleaning. The chairs on balcony were falling apart, the phone to call reception was inoperable, TV had no instructions how to operate the strange 2 remote system even for normal free to air stations, all of the bedroom roller blinds were mouldy, bedroom doona stained & food use from last guest on foil in oven still evident (outline of sausages on foil in very dirty oven). Towels were really thin & shower fittings corroded. We weren’t arriving until 3 pm but received a message around 12 that room was ready. No idea Mooloolaba Tri was also on with streets around Coco closed extensively over our weekend stay with no notice from Coco so we left early Sat arvo at 2.30pm to not get stuck there Sunday."

"The apartment was clean with good quality toiletries, small milk, wash up things etc. Beds were comfy. Location central oppisite Surf Club - worth joining for $5 to get 10% off drinks and 5% off food. Excellent value for money. An older building but everything you need. Did not usw gym or pool. Nb they can make into 2 double rooms for couples travelling together. Aircon in main room and you can leave door open. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms. Black Fox up road does great breakfasts and the Indian on the nearby corner opposite Suef Club was delicious. Go to Coolum for 2 x Ghanda outlet stores."

"Excellent hotel and clean "

"We had the pleasure of staying in a 3 bedroom executive apartment as a family of four, with two teenagers, for five comfortable nights. The location was excellent, right on the Esplanade amongst the eateries and shops. The apartment itself was immaculate, with crisp and modern decor, quality fittings, and lovely artwork and display pieces. The kitchen was well equipped. Massive TV on the wall. The apartment had heaps of storage. The lady at check-in and checkout was a delight. So friendly, professional and helpful. She’s awesome! Parking was easy. The only downside of the location was the revamping of the waterfront going on right outside, but it will be amazing when it’s done. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat."

"Room was amazing very comfortable very clean never seen any staff members.There are a few things in the unit that need fixing like the tv in the main bedroom doesn't work, a new electric fry pan would be a great idea , instructions for the hot plates would been great and only other thing a bbq on the patio would be amazing value.But over all the apartment could not be faulted it is very central to everything and extremely close to the beach 😀 Thank you for a very relaxed and enjoyable weekend just what the we all needed 😀 "

"Check in poor - after hours bell not answered, some other guests thankfully let me in. The safe was not locked and everyones keys were just sitting there for anyone to take - not very secure. Room smelt stale and dank Shower floor was dirty and dusty. Lamp did not work Overall not what I would expect for $449 a night. Would not recommend. "
