There is no cutlery yet a toaster and microwave. the current photos do not represent what you see when you arrive, which again is unfortunate. Doors have difficulty with being locked, windows dont lock. On highway but noise is limited until the morning. There is no foxtel despite the sign. Staff are very friendly and obliging to assist. Would be good to have a breakfast option too. Yes its advertised as 3 star, but for the price paid would expect so much more. We had the family room for a brief overnight stay as just needed a place to sleep before an event the next morning. Service was good however we didn't need anything as only came back to the room at 9pm and left the next morning at 7.30am. The location was very quiet with no road or outside noise to disturb sleep which was great. The room was spacious, had a good air conditioner, fridge, microwave, kettle, table for four which we didn't use but it was good that it was provided. Linen and pillows were fine but we were not a fan of the queen mattress and found it quite springy and uncomfortable - where we could feel every movement of the other person. Maybe the other rooms have different mattresses? We had a very pleasant stay. The room was quiet given the Motel has a lot of passing traffic so we slept very well. We liked the compact design of the room and the large wardrobe was a surprise. (To extend the bathroom unit top it would be possible by turning the toilet around so it is back against the outside wall.)
