Bed uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Had to ask more than once for extra pillows and towels. Cockroach in bathroom. Room smelled like mildew. Floor filthy, left bottom of our feet black. Would never stay here again.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,000 reviews)

We have mobility limitations that made the parking-to-room issue significant BUT the property maintains a person with a cart who will assist with those transfers at no extra charge (we tipped). Our room was gorgeous, well appointed, and with a lovely little patio overlooking the Tucson skyline. The dining options were exceptional. Every staff member that we interacted with was warm, helpful and courteous. For the first time in a long time (and much traveling) we felt the true meaning of being a GUEST.
