Wonderful gardens greet you as you enter the entrance drive from a city street. The owner is super friendly and helpful with information on out trips etc. The rooms are clean and quite adequate. Overall just a very good stay.

Hotel or rather Motel is clean and cosy. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need like kettle, fridge, toaster, etc and they worked! But the nicest touch was the free continental breakfast where you picked which items you liked and how many and it was delivered shortly after checkin so was available whenever you woke up. Very nice touch. Very happy with our one night stay to tour the K’gari island.

Excellent place to stay, a short 15 minute walk from the beach and excellent stay. Front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with any questions we had! Rooms were tidy and modern (recently renovated), and our cabin was excellent. This hotel features cabins instead of just rooms so even better for family stays!

We stayed for 1 night at Shelley Bay Resort and highly recommend it. Our greeting at check in by Renata at the front desk was warm & welcoming. The rooms are completely outfitted with everything a traveller would need, especially for a multi-night stay. The hotel is what it is, a 3 star hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, has lots of amenities on the grounds (pool, BBQ, tennis court, to name a few). It is right across the road from the beach so the views are amazing.
