"The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well stocked with amenities, and there is also a small kitchenette with a microwave. Extra blankets are provided as well, but I did not need those as the heating was excellent. The property also has a small convenience store and a restaurant where I had dinner, which was excellent. The menu offers a lot of variety — from kangaroo steak to lobster tail and many other options. They also serve breakfast, although I was leaving in a rush and did not have the chance to try it. The location is very convenient. I stayed here overnight while traveling from the Pinnacles, and the reception staff recommended visiting the nearby lake with its beautiful boardwalk, as well as the beach. I drove there to watch sunset, which was absolutely amazing, and enjoyed a wonderful walk on the beach. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay. I also want to emphasize how kind and welcoming the staff were, both at reception and in the restaurant. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible."

"Communication with host was great. The house was filthy, shower was not clean, shower curtain was mouldy, kitchen cupboards were gross, dust & dirt everywhere behind beds, fridge was dirty also. House has not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. No soap, no towels, bring your own bedding."

"The kids absolutely loved the pool! The laundry facilities were very convenient—since they were located in a soundproofed room, we could even use them at night without worrying about the noise. Our room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"What a great property! I’d happily recommend it to anyone, especially big family groups. The kitchen is massive — plenty of room for everyone to be doing their own thing — and the dishwasher was a real bonus. With three fridges inside and another outside, we had loads of space for food and drinks.The appliances were easy to use, and the pantry was wonderfully stocked. Bedrooms were comfy with fresh linen, and there were more than enough towels. We never ran out of hot water, even with a full house. The lounge room is huge with seating everyone or more, and there were lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor area, with table tennis and other activities, was a big hit too.There’s so much to love about this place and the town itself. We’ll definitely be back."

"Lovely clean chalet, fantastic location only a few steps to the beach. We stayed in the whale chalet which is right at the front. Plenty of parking, washing facilities and clothesline at the back. Dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, air con and ceiling fans. Pretty much everything you need. Our only quibble was that there was no hand towels, had bath towels cloths and tea towels but nothing to dry your hands on after toilet. Also the pillows could do with replacing they are very thin and horrible and noticed the actual pillows had suggested replacement date of 2023 written on them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and still recommend 👍"
