"Pros: great air conditioning and plenty of space. Staff very friendly. Cons: pull out couch was dirty and uncomfortable. Lost hot water for one of my showers. "

"Very dirty, breakfast wasn't until 6:30 am. Bed was very close to the floor, pull out bed was broken. With 2 inch mattress. No ice machine, the one in refrigerator didn't work. Paid for 5 people and had 3 towels, no bedding pull out couch and paid over $200."

"The AC smelled like it had mold in it. There were multiple people with big dogs (pitbulls) in their rooms. Certain floors smelled like old socks in the carpet. The staff at times could be courteous. Other times they were short or would just stare awkwardly like you are doing something wrong. Positives, were the wide arrange of breakfast food. Alot of spaces to park in. The location was convenient to many amenities. It was worth all of the of the stars that it earned."

"I ended up with a handicapped room, which was ok. The shower was a little small, but the real problem was it had 3-5 inches of water in the tub when I arrived. Just not what you want to do when you rent a room! The staff was there, that's about all you could say about them. Gave me a key. No expression, smile, nothing. Not a friendly location for sure. The breakfast was ok. Food stations were clean."
