This place was unacceptable. It was filthy, reeked of urine, and was excessively noisy. The room smelled like animal urine, especially on the rug, which we discovered after inspecting everything. We flipped the living room rug and found a large dog urine stain. Despite trying to cancel, neither the hotel nor Expedia would allow it and kept passing the blame back and forth. I had to insist they remove the rug from the studio; even after that, the odor persisted. Since I was attending a work conference, I couldn't find another hotel on short notice, and I refused to forfeit nearly $1,300 paid upfront. Although I understood the reservation was non-refundable, they offered neither a discount nor an alternative room. The entire property was dirty—dirty bathrooms, living room, and kitchen, with mold in the shower and dust in every corner. The furniture was broken and chipped, and noise from outside and neighboring studios was constant due to poor insulation. The bed was the worst—uncomfortable, with sheets and towels infused with a strong bleach smell, and the comforter was stained with blood. Staff showed a clear lack of pride in their work and were indifferent to my concerns when I addressed them in person. I will not recommend this place and plan to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs, as I have photographic evidence. This was a terrible experience.
