The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.

My wife thought she book a “boutique” hotel and upgraded to a lakefront view, This place is so not what expected. They really need to remove misleading pictures of the rooms that make it seem like this is a clean boutique hotel. Actual condition is pretty bad and disappointing. Floors are sticky, shelves are dusty, outlets falling off the wall, paint is chipping, baseboards in the bathroom are bloated and dirty, beds are uncomfortable. At least shower was clean. Given this stay was off season, only three other people in the hotel - they still managed to give a really bad room. And be preferred to pay a resort fee without a resort present. I don’t know how this is acceptable.
