There were several homeless drug users residing and defecating in the underpass by the second building was unpleasant and a safety concern. Sounds like this has been an ongoing issue for some time as staff are aware but do not actively deter this behaviour. I would not recommend to female solo travellers and I believe the hotel should have mentioned this on their advert for transparency.
Given the price, the hotel generally offered poor value for money.
