"The room was excellent but in 4 days we never had a room refreshed or renewed or cleaned. Not even trash and towels. I finally stopped at front desk and complained but they still didn’t do anything but hand me some towels. Second the breakfast was horrible. The muffins were edible but dry. The other food we tried was awful. Poorly prepared and horrible choices. Third. They charged me for the whole stay the first night which was expected. After I checked out they charged me another $185 for no reason. I was still in town and stopped by to get it straightened out. They claimed they hadn’t charged me at all that it was from hotels.com. I know this is not true because the charges were from Hilton not Hotels.com. I also asked for a copy of the bill which they said they could not provide. Something very fishy going on that hotel. I think it’s fraud. I know get to waste my time disputing the charge on my Mastercard. DO NOT STAY THERE. The hotel was very clean and comfortable but all the other problems ruined our stay. At least my team won the tournament we were there to see."

"The bed was made in Room 504 on May 23;however, the top flat sheet was stained with blood so clean sheets had evidently not been used to make the bed. Minor hardware issues in the restroom: shower/tub faucet was missing a screw making it wobbly and it won't be long until the knob falls off. Sink faucet missing a end nut. Air cleaning filter was very loud and annoying but we appreciated the filtered air."

"First off, it is under construction but was never mentioned to guests until arrival. Only one of the elevators were working, as well. The air never got below 73 degrees and when brought to the front desk’s attention their solution was “we reset your air” — the room then never reached below 72. Both the sink and shower water was scolding hot with no adjustment available. The only time cleaning services came is when we asked and the sheets were still need changed nor the bed ever made. The website states that there is a washer and dryer, but it is only for the cleaners to use. That was extremely misleading, and considering the cleaners did not come regularly, unhelpful. The ice machine on our floor did not work and turns out the only ice machine working was on the second floor. Charging the amount they did while under construction and not providing full services was ridiculous."

"The air conditioning essentially did not work in one of the rooms, the phones were not connected in the room, light bulbs were out, the text messaging valet service did not work properly, the refrigerator in one of the rooms did not work at all, and the staff had a laissez-faire approach to the entire process."
