The lodge overall is lovely and cosy, perfect for our getaway and great north lodges were so accommodating when we needed to change our dates due to medical reasons. Apart from the outside it was clean and welcoming. During our stay someone did come over to check the hot tub levels and these facilities were easy to use with instructions provided. Other appliances such as the hob and Cooker were unnecessarily complex to operate and the instructions were not clear. When looking for a contact during our stay we finally found a number to help with the operation of the appliances and they responded that they were on holiday. They did advise via text answering our questions but otherwise felt very alone if we needed anything else during this time. General waste bin was full when we left but were clearly labelled which was good. Overall lovely stay."
