I had to buy an air mattress for comfort. The portable AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the whole bus—I had to close off the bathroom and bedroom just to cool the living area. The house in front of the bus looked run down and poorly maintained. It is a school bus to it is small, but 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs fit...you just have to be ok with tight quarters. Billy Jo was lovely and responsive. My only negative is that it was not as secluded as the photos made me think. That may have been my mistake, but it is by a house and church in a little community - I was picturing more out on someone's land with nothing around. It's cozy and comfortable, and well-stocked with little amenities. The space heaters kept it plenty warm, even though it was winter. We had a lot of fun hiking in the many nearby parks, and it was very convenient to Nelsonville. When we had a tiny issue the hosts responded within minutes which we really appreciated.
