"The front desk clerk provided exceptional service and even gave us information of the hotel amenities. But the staff in the bistro and bar that served was rude and provided bad service, I originally paid for 3 adults and 1 child but when it was time to get breakfast they only let us get 2 kids breakfast and 2 adult breakfast. The room itself was clean but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were full of water and no product. I had a problem with the shower handle because it got stuck but the maintenance guy was very kind and respectful. "

With just the force of the water, the curtain would pull away from the tub and water pooled in the floor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did not seem to care. "
