"We had a special needs child. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but they gave us free wristbands and they even gave us free breakfast. Somebody had trashed the room prior, which really sucked, but it took a little bit longer to clean and they definitely went out of their way to compensate us. The pool was great with my special-needs child. The staff were accommodating and patient. We would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it for parents of special needs kids."

"It was a wonderful stay. Room was clean. LOVED the massage shower. We like our room on the cooler side so the AC being put away was not ideal, but we cracked the window and we were comfortable. We booked or next stay when we checked out of this stay! You can't beat the location for the price."
