"The area around the room was noisy. The lighting in the room and especially in the bathroom were dark. Hard to put on makeup. Noise above us late in evening, like moving furniture was loud."

"Our room was in a building that was obviously older than the rest of the resort (Jamaican building); that was my mistake in booking, but it had a spectacular oceanfront view. It had been renovated, but the real problem was that the AC did little to dehumidify the room and we woke up to moisture condensing on the floor. We loved everything else about the Caribbean resort, the pools and the lazy rivers and the location at the end of the "strip." We'd stay at the resort again, just in the Cayman or Dominican buildings instead."
