Stay was great, only reason for the three star was problem with the door lock not working but I will say that you where very quick to fix the door and all was good

Birthday getaway
The condo itself was quite nice. We had a small problem that was attended to immediately. The grounds unfortunately had garbage scattered by uncaring guests/residents. We had a lovely stay.

Despite entry instructions, we had to try many times before being able to unlock the door.. There were no departure instructions for locking the door.it was challenging. We had to phone Trillium for assistance.

Very well-maintained property and, for the most part, what you get is what was promised. The unit was spotless and the appliances and facilities were all in great shape. The only caveat is that the unit was quite dark, and sitting outside is extremely noisy, making it virtually impossible to rest and relax outdoors.

Perfect staycation location and pet friendly wise. Place is super nice and incredibly comfy. Has everything you need to cook your meals. Close to everything. My dog loved the area and trails.

Great stay!
Thanks for the accomodations! My spouse, doggo and I had a seemless and enjoyable stay. Quick drive to village, even walkable or transit stop is right out front. Great view and access to ski hills.

Weekend stay. Carbon monoxide detector had dead batteries. Possibly because the room temperature was set to 10c when we got there. So it took time to warm up. Everything else was great. Thank you.
