"An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. The staff were a joy and couldn’t do enough for you - I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to stay in sheer comfort and enjoy absolute quality accommodation. We had the taster menu in the hotel which was sublime and would recommend as an experience, the staff explained every course with the chef taking time out to meet and discuss the menu after we had finished. I would go back in a heartbeat."

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

"Room was large (double bed with kitchen and balcony) and clean. The toilet was kind-of broken, but it still worked and despite some minor fixing needed around the shower, was a good size bathroom. The shower temperature would go from hot to warm to tepid to boiling back to hot. Not a problem as an adult (a little annoying), but if you are bathing children it could be dangerous with how hot the water would get randomly. The A/C worked great and you have control over it in your room with a wall thermostat. The balcony and large window you could open was great. Having a kitchen with microwave and fridge and dishes was great. I didn’t use the cooktop, but there was a pot supplied in the cupboard. There is no smoke detector in the room which is dangerous. There is an elevator in the building, but you have to take 2 steps (more for building on left) to get to it. The entrance was a little confusing to get to, as there is a sign over the courtyard you walk into and then no more signs. The reception desk is in the building on the right (unmarked glass door), but there are 2 buildings. Pool was on roof of building to the left, it was small and only a ladder to get in and out. There are lots of restaurants at the bottom of the building and a supermarket just down the street and a taxi rank at the corner street. The biggest issue is the noise; you can hear everything outside your door and music from restaurants is extremely LOUD at all hours. Bring ear plugs to sleep. I would stay again"

"It was a very nice, clean hotel situated in an excellent location just a few minutes walk to the center of Old Town and the Cathedral. Perhaps best of all, the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly, and all spoke English very well. We really enjoyed our stay at the PALLADIUM!!"
