"The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

"I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a brand new hotel. The staff were so friendly, including Huong, Tung tu and Phuong. It’s such a peaceful location, if you want visit the Padonga. As a nomad who works too, the wifi was really strong here, both within the room and outside. "Jasmine is a wonderful person, she has a very big heart. If you need anything at all she makes sure you feel heard and has made me feel very welcome. I like to try different restaurants but she's such a good cook I mostly eat here. The ac in the rooms work great even on a 110 degree day. The pool is well maintained and she also has a very fair price for laundry service. If I could live here with her family I would."

Top Thach Binh Hotel Reviews

AiLee Villa & Hotel Tamcoc

10/10 Excellent

"Very scenic spot with an amazing breakfast! Thu at the front desk was always so welcoming, kind, and helpful to us. We appreciate the warm hospitality from her every day! Johnny was our chef and cooked a seriously good egg fried rice. The room was pretty but not as advertised there is only the one with the bathtub in the balcony and ours was in serious need of a good cleaning. The area by the garbage smelt like puke. I found a few of someone else’s eyelash extensions. Don’t get me wrong the bed, sheets, toilet, pillows were all very clean but the details lacked. Motorbikes for rent which was great, just make sure to head to a gas station first stop as they are rented very low. Overall it was a very nice stay. Thank you to all the staff that were so helpful."
