"Good: Good mattress. The breakfast is fine for the price. Ok wifi. Bad: Stayed in Superior room number 15\. This room is right next to the reception and common area. So it's hard to calm down. There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. "Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"Good location for a stop-over while driving from Chiang Rai to Rayong with a dog.The room was acceptably clean and bed was comfortable. Only adverse comments relates to the bathroom which was dated and in need of maintenance - for example shower was feeble and replacement of the leaky hose would have been beneficial.
