Literally the worst possible place you could stay. Bloody phelgm on the bedspread and someones pizza in the fridge (pizza not a box but literally sitting grates) Room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room with signage posted. TV did not work.
When we called the clerk to have issues addressed (Too be fair the clerk warned that the TV was out, but that wasn't til we arrived and our card already charged.) Took about 35 minutes to get the clerk and housekeeper to our room, and we were told no other rooms were available. I asked if we could at least get the room cleaned then, the clerk said yes and as they walked away I could hear the housekeeper saying very rude things about me and my wife with colorful language. At that point we left, went to the Red Roof Inn down the road. For $20 more than this hole, we got to stay in a clean, newly remodeled room with proper staff.
Not Hotels.com fault, and as far as I know I believe Hotels.com is refunding me the money I spent so they are cool, but for reals just fork out an extra $20 and stay at Red Roof Inn.
