Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block.

This location ran two motels, upon arrival I was told by staff that the motel I reserved was trash and I shouldstay at the other room for a lot more. I will not book at this place again. also a hundred dollar deposit is required

I have already sent a comment to hotels.com and I’m awaiting a response. You guys should really be concerned about the property being in your network. A real example of bait and switch, making a reservation at one property and then being escorted to an adjacent property when they knew full well the place where I made a reservation was a disgrace.

Pull up to the travel lodge kids are sitting in the second-story window sill with her legs dangling outside drapes look terrible parking lot terrible almost scared to get out of my truck no one in the lobby drunk in the hallway tells me to go next-door to the remodel is there receptionist is there I had to upgrade to the remodel which was not much better I would never ever stay there again

I was not even able to check in
I arrived at 6PM on Tuesday, and waited for ten minutes. I was told to come back as she had to launder the sheets. I gave her my license to photocopy. I came back at 7PM and there was no one there and another couple wanted a refund as well. When I booked, the hotel was non-refundable so I guess I am out, and I did not bother to come back to stay the next day. I stayed at the Econolodge down the street and drove back to Bossier City on Wednesday.

I didn’t stay at the room because the accommodation were not up to par! The pillows were filthy and the room smelled. There was trash bags linings the hallway. No staff on site

The worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in
The pictures on the website do not represent the hotel. The hallways smelled like urine. The pictures on the wall were full of mold from roof leaks. Not a surface had been painted or cleaned in years. Sheets had stains and burn holes everywhere. There was no comforter. The light in the bathroom was rigged up to where you had to plug a lamp cord in that was electrical taped to the ceiling fixture. Major fire and shock hazard. We left with out a refund. Don’t stay there.

I just lost this money. I didn’t check in. Looked like crack heads lived there. Drive around the building. Broken windows. Awful. The worst thing I have ever seen. I don’t know how this even stays open.

We went in to check in and there where three ladies sitting talking on the couch, the one lady ask if she could help me and when I said I had a reservation she said I’d have to wait on the manager and she didn’t know when she would be back. Nope, not staying here! A man was I. The hall yelling he needed a key and curtains from outside was gross. We just left, got a nice hotel across the way and had a great nights sleep.

Avoid at all costs
The place was filthy run down and needed many repairs. Light bulbs were missing TV remotes not working. This is truly a place for people with no other option. I was afraid to even use the bed for what I might find. I left and went to another motel up the street.

Staff was friendly, but the room was not even cleaned. Staff had to find another room. Which also wasn’t kept up. Sketchy activity around the hotel and in the halls. Room was below any expectations ever! Would not recommend, was nothing like the pictures!

Bloody phlegm on bedspread when we checked in.
Literally the worst possible place you could stay. Bloody phelgm on the bedspread and someones pizza in the fridge (pizza not a box but literally sitting grates) Room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room with signage posted. TV did not work. When we called the clerk to have issues addressed (Too be fair the clerk warned that the TV was out, but that wasn't til we arrived and our card already charged.) Took about 35 minutes to get the clerk and housekeeper to our room, and we were told no other rooms were available. I asked if we could at least get the room cleaned then, the clerk said yes and as they walked away I could hear the housekeeper saying very rude things about me and my wife with colorful language. At that point we left, went to the Red Roof Inn down the road. For $20 more than this hole, we got to stay in a clean, newly remodeled room with proper staff. Not Hotels.com fault, and as far as I know I believe Hotels.com is refunding me the money I spent so they are cool, but for reals just fork out an extra $20 and stay at Red Roof Inn.

The front desk clerk informed us that most of the TVs don't work and he then proceeded to take us on a lengthy tour of various available rooms to see which rooms had a working TV, Only one room of the multiple ones we looked at had a functioning TV. many of the rooms had an unpleasant odor. The room we selected smelled like people had been smoking in it even though it was a non smoking room. The furniture was very old and in poor repair, The sheet on the bed had stains. We were woken up several times during the night an early hours of the morning by other "guests" banging on doors, yelling at each other, fighting and generally banging around. I would never have chosen to stay at this place if we had not pre paid for the night.

Price is very nice but you all are very horrible. Throughout the day the staff is great but at night the man that's there is horrible and has no respect for customers. We once stayed here and there was animal dookie under the desk. A couple of times you all have lost our reservation. Once we came to get a room and you all asked for us to leave out card and lost our reservation but took our money.

The room was not nice. It smelled of cigarette and we were not able to sleep. We left super early since we could not sleep. The pictures are not like what was on the aite! There was a bug on the bed and we weren't naure if it was a bed bug when i tries to scoot it off onto a paper it busted with the blood it had. I have pictures that i would like to send you. The shower mat was filthy. The tv did not work. The towels had what looked like mold. It will not let me add pictures, can i email them to you
