The pool area requires maintenance and the additional pool shower was left unused due to it not having been cleaned for many months- full of debris, with a whole in the roof. The outdoor room with games and additional kitchen is tired and does not have functioning air conditioning, the toilet is broken and the whole area needs a refresh and clean. There were ongoing issues with plumbing and a leak in one of the bedrooms, whilst it was dealt with, it was disruptive to our stay. The main kitchen oven did not function properly. The overall issues could be resolved with a total refresh of the property, considering the cost of the rental this should be dealt with prior to any further lettings. ##### Nicholas W. There were 7 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone and the facilities provided matched our expectations. Secure parking for both our vehicles was a nice plus, could have squeezed another 3-4 cars in as well if needed. We were very happy with our weeks stay there and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone else. ##### Michael M.
