• Events are approved on a case-by-case basis. An additional $6000 event fee is required for events over the normal occupancy of the unit. Events under 16 people are priced at an additional $2,500. Events include, but are not limited to, large parties, corporate events, wedding ceremonies, and wedding receptions.
• Additional event insurance may be required.
• Licensed caterers must be present if alcohol is to be served.
