Located in the beautiful town of Foxi and Murdegu - Melisenda, in Marina di Tertenia, Villa Rosa is an elegant townhouse nestled within the private and well-maintained “TEA s.r.l.” residence, just 350 meters from the sea and a 3-minute walk from the beach of the same name. The Foxi e Murdegu beach, with its shallow and safe waters, is particularly well-suited for families with children, offering crystal-clear waters in a Sardinia that remains authentic and untamed.

Villa Rosa is entirely on the first floor and features a modern design, with attention to every detail, designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The interior consists of:

-Kitchen-living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator-freezer with drawers, dishwasher, stovetop, dishes, and TV); air conditioning, mosquito screens, ironing board and iron, and a safe. Detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. The property provides towels and bed linens.

The sleeping area is laid out as follows:

-A cozy and bright double bedroom;
-Small bedroom with a single bed;
-Small loft bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or guests;

- Bathroom with a modern and functional shower stall.

The outdoor spaces are the villa’s true highlight: a spacious covered veranda with a built-in barbecue and fireplace, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners; a front and back garden with a furnished veranda, a walkable synthetic green lawn, an outdoor shower, solar panels for hot water, a water heater, and on-street parking right in front of the entrance.

Inside the residence, there is a mini-market with a butcher shop and rotisserie, where you can enjoy dishes made with local products.
All other essential services—such as a bank, post office, pharmacy, grocery stores, butcher shops, fish market, urgent care clinic, and shops of all kinds—are located in the town of Tertenia, about 13 km from the residence, all within a few minutes’ drive.

About 150 meters away is a playground, open 24 hours a day, surrounded by greenery and lit up at night.
