Mosquito ALERT!! Being repeleant , otherwise mosquito will bite you all night long,!! and staff does not warn you, the pool was dirty, staff was missing the next day , not found at recepttion, Not a great experience but i thought it had great potential but the mosquito and pool being dirty is a huge red flag

This is a strange hotel, the room is ok but I waited outside of the hotel for about 20 mins before the gate was unlocked and then had to always wait to get in or out. I was the only guest and I guess they didn't want to have people wandering in, but it is not the best experience....small room and overall not a great value for the price.

Weird experience
The entire experience was a bit off: 1. no hotel sign - you have to ring a bell at a closed gate to get in. 2. Staff's appearance and interactions felt not professional 3. I'm pretty sure the bed linen was used before 4. We were the only guests in this rather big hotel But room and facilities were in good condition and pool looked clean.

Esta muy linda, te puedes relajar pero, no nos pudimos meter a la alberca a medio día porque estaba helada el agua, ni desayunar porque no había restaurante

Inesperado pero hermoso
El sitio es hermoso. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. La decoración es en parte muy tradicional y por otro lado bastante rara. No hay lámpara para lectura en la mesita de noche. La salita de estar con cocina es muy fría, hay que ir abrigado si es invierno. La cocina tiene pocos elementos; llevar alimentos porque no hay restaurante. La privacidad es TOTAL. Muy buena.

Buena estancia en el lugar, seria mejor si tuviera un servicio de restaurante para desayunar; el proceso de registro y pago es algo informal. Un lugar agradable para pasar un fin de semana sin tener un plan para hacer algo, bueno para descansar

Lo que SÍ me gustó: Al interior es bonito el lugar Lo que No me gustó: Hay que bajarse a tocar el timbre para que abran, la fachada no es muy bonita, la recepción y entrega de llaves es en el pasillo, adentro no hay mucho que hacer, no hay restaurante, el cuarto es muy pequeño y frio, las toallas son un poco viejas.. El equilibrio de costo-beneficio no está proporcionado.

En primer lugar reserve una habitación con cama King y las camas matrimoniales, SUCIAS, sin amenidades, la ADMINISTRADORA GROCERA GRITANDO TAL CUAL SEÑORA DE MERCADO, todo lleno de tierra polvo, los baños no tenian toallas, sabanas sucias decepcionante, la imagen por fuera del hotel bien pero es lo único, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA calificación O CERO.............. ADICIONAL TIENEN PERROS Y ANDAN POR TODOS LADOS INCOMODANDO TU ESTANCIA.

el estacionamiento muy sucio, alquile dos habitaciones y las dos visiblemente sucias, las macas con sabanas sucias, botes de basura llenos de papeles, no había agua en la habitación, las instalaciones por fuera como lo muestra foto si estan bonitas, pero todo lo demas no. La administradora MUY GROCERA GRITANDO COMO SI ESTUVIERA EN EL MERCADO. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

Cosas por mejorar
Estuvimos el fin de semana, y aunque en general el hotel tiene un original concepto y decoración, no nos animamos a nadar ya que la alberca estaba sucia, no hay televisión de paga, así que sólo logramos ver uno o dos canales con cierta dificultad, por otra parte el escusado no funcionaba adecuadamente el sapo de la caja así que fue muy molesto tener que estar levantando la tapa cada vez que se utilizaba, en el baño se rescata que la regadera tiene una muy buena presión y temperatura del agua. Considero que se pueden hacer algunas mejoras en el hotel para resaltar las cosas buenas que tiene.

Está retirado del centro de Tepotzotlán no puedes abrir las ventanas porque te invaden los moscos, así que tienes que soportar el calor porque no hay ventilador. No hay internet te dan una clave nunca la acepto mi ipad después dieron un aparato y tampoco funciono

La estructura del hotel es muy linda...son detalles de limpieza en alguno de los muebles. El agua se estanca en la regadera, lo cual genera incomodidad por que se inhunde todo, o que se genere alguna infeccion en piel por los desechos que se concentran
