Property looked great and was v clean and good location. Room good size. Was not offered the free drink promised. Notice saying you would be charged if you used kitchen so could not make tea or coffee. No tea or coffee in common areas as stated in description. Said there was a cafe. Something in courtyard but no menu or anyone visible to order from. Bit soulless. Was disappointed

location i believe a 5 star hotel has to have more luxurious towel the onces i had were similar to my gym in London , thin and a bit rough
